Joey Andries
Partner, President & CEO
Joey Andries brings decades of experience delivering land services for complex infrastructure projects across Western Canada. Throughout his career, Joey has led land acquisition, consultation, right-of-way, permitting, and land administration programs for major pipeline, E&P, utility, municipal, and transit projects. He’s also a licensed land agent and appointed as a Commissioner of Oaths in Alberta.

In addition to his project leadership, Joey is actively involved in advancing the land profession. He currently serves as Chair of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Chapter 62 Membership Committee and is a current member and past
President of the Alberta Association of Surface Land Agents (AASLA).
Joey has also overseen the modernization of Progress Land’s internal systems and processes. Under his leadership, the firm has strengthened its approach to digital records management, reporting, and data integrity, ensuring clients have clear visibility into land files, progress, and outcomes.

Trisha Lucas brings extensive experience managing land acquisition and land administration programs for large-scale infrastructure projects. She has worked across a wide range of land matters, including right-of-way agreements, third-party crossings, lease agreements, and regulatory compliance.

Trisha plays a key role in coordinating land teams, aligning workstreams, and ensuring consistent execution across projects. She is particularly valued for her ability to manage multiple moving parts, balancing landowner engagement, regulatory requirements, internal processes, and client expectations.
She also brings strong experience working within regulated project environments, supporting land programs that interface with municipal, provincial, and federal regulators. Trisha understands how regulatory requirements shape land processes and works closely with project teams to ensure documentation, reporting, and timelines align with approval and compliance expectations.
A strong advocate for continuous process improvement, Trisha has helped Progress Land Services stay current with emerging technologies, as well as industry-specific software designed to improve land administration and management practices. She has been instrumental in designing Progress Land’s data management systems and leads the Progress Land team to ensure land files are accurate, searchable, and ready for audit, reporting, or project close-out.
Trisha is an active member of the Land and Energy Management Association of Canada (LEMAC) and is appointed as a Commissioner of Oaths in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Her practical approach, attention to detail, and deep understanding of land processes help clients move projects forward with confidence and clarity.

Sarah is a core member of Progress Land’s leadership team, bringing more than 20 years of accounting and administrative experience tailored to the unique needs of surface land services. Sarah works closely with the land team to assist with well-structured files that support reporting, reviews, and final project close-out. She has also been actively involved in Progress Land’s digitization efforts, helping convert physical records into organized digital files and supporting consistent file standards across projects. This work improves efficiency, strengthens compliance, and supports seamless project transitions.
Beyond her expertise in accounting and administration, Sarah plays a critical role in Progress Land’s health and safety program. She is often recognized for her commitment to ensuring the health and safety of individuals throughout all phases of a project. Sarah was instrumental in Progress Land achieving its Certificate of Recognition (COR) for its health and safety management system and is certified as a COR Internal Auditor through Energy Safety Canada (formerly Enform).
Sarah holds a Payroll Leadership Professional (PLP) designation through the National Payroll Institute, allowing her to stay current with legislation and best practices in her field. Her attention to detail, strong sense of accountability, and behind-the-scenes leadership provides a stable foundation that allows land programs to run smoothly, safely, and predictably.

His experience across both field and administrative work allows him to anticipate challenges, manage competing priorities, and deliver organized, reliable support that helps projects move forward efficiently from early planning through construction and close-out.
Erica Nichol
Sr. Project Manager
Erica is a seasoned Land Administrator with over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry. Since joining Progress Land Services in 2010, she has supported a wide range of projects through accurate data management, document preparation, and coordination with clients, regulators, and project stakeholders.
Her expertise includes preparing and managing legal agreements such as Surface Leases, Easements, and Right of Way documents, as well as supporting Crown acquisitions and third-party agreements. Known for her strong organization and attention to detail, Erica plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, reliable reporting, and well-structured project documentation.

Taylor is a dedicated land professional who supports infrastructure and energy projects through strong organization, attention to detail, and effective communication. Joanne Bourdage
Sr. Surface Land Administrator
Joanne is an experienced Senior Land Administrator who has been with Progress Land Services since 2004, serving as a Lead Administrator on major pipeline projects including Alberta Clipper/Southern Lights, Woodland Pipeline Extension, and Norlite Diluent Pipeline. She brings extensive expertise in land administration across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
Her work includes preparing and managing project documentation, title research, regulatory filings, and third-party agreements, as well as maintaining accurate status reporting throughout project lifecycles. With strong technical knowledge and certifications as a Commissioner for Oaths across multiple provinces, Joanne is recognized for her precision, efficiency, and ability to support complex projects from
initiation through completion.
