Surface Land Agent
This position will involve working closely our team of dedicated professionals including Land Managers, other Land Agents and Land Administrators.
Duties would include but are not limited to:
Negotiations with Landowners/Occupants/Stakeholders for various surface interests,
Research area compensation for negotiations,
Prepare reports for file status and related issues,
Prepare for and attendance before various Boards and Authorities,
Administer and maintain files both electronically and hard copy,
Minimum Requirements:
Valid Alberta Land Agents License
Valid Alberta Drivers License
Valid Alberta Commissioners for Oaths appointment
Land Management Diploma or similar alternative,
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook,
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
Organized and able to work with minimal supervision.

Surface Land Administrator
This position will involve working closely our team of dedicated professionals including Land Managers, Land Agents and other Land Administrators.
Duties would include but are not limited to:
Preparation of Crown applications for disposition,
Requests for and acquisition of third party agreements and consents,
Prepare Surface Lease, Easement and other related documentation,
Perform Land titles searches and registrations, Corporate and Crown searches,
Administer and maintain files both electronically and hard copy,
Maintain databases and other various clerical duties.
Minimum Requirements:
Land Administration Diploma or Certificate or similar alternative,
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and Outlook,
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
Organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
